" Kyoto "

Kyoto

The design incorporates various motifs related to Kyoto, the birthplace of the company. The warm lanterns and curtains of Pontocho, where the head office is located, and the floats of the Gion Festival. You can enjoy your meal slowly in a calm restaurant like a Japanese restaurant based on white wood.

I received a suggestion that “I want to spread the wonderful culture of Kyoto to the world through the GYUKATSU Kyoto Katsugyu brand,” and I wrote this new article. By writing the word “Katsugyu” and the picture of a cow in traditional ink, and mixing it with a richly colored picture, the result is a picture that represents modern-day Kyoto, which is in the midst of tradition and innovation. I’m finishing it. Please pay attention to the stories scattered throughout, such as the culture and cityscape that you can only understand by living in Kyoto.

PROFILE

A drawing unit consisting of artist Satoshi Anzai and director Naoya Shima.
