Medium Rare – We firmly believe that the Perfect GYUKATSU should be Medium Rare. Frying in higher temperature + short duration allows the umami and juiciness of the beef to completely come out.No other Katsu offers the same.
Premium Beef – We only select the highest quality of beef for GYUKATSU that would bring out the best flavour and taste. Each cut that we offer will proivde you a different taste, tenderness and experience of GYUKATSU.
The unsung hero who balances the deliciousness and beauty of GYUKATSU. The fine texture of the batter absorbs oil easily, making it light and healthy. It sticks tightly to the beef and seals in the meat juices without coming off. For the batter, it is important to have a balance of flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs. In order to achieve the perfect balance of the three, we use all original materials.
Higher temperature + Short duration – The temperature of the oil is 180 to 200 degrees, and the frying time is 60 to 120 seconds. By fine-tuning each part, we have achieved the perfect medium rare. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, it’s an exquisite GYUKATSU.
We offer a wide variety of sauces and condiments so that you can enjoy multiple flavors in one meal.
The first bite is topped with plenty of Fresh Wasabi and Dashi soy sauce. From the second bite onwards, you can choose your favorite way to enjoy it, such as Sansho pepper salt, GYUKATSU Sauce, or Kyoto style curry.
